Who I am

This site and my services belong to Hector Garcia Quiros, a one-person studio based in Princeton, Texas. Questions about your information go to hexmediatx@gmail.com.

What I collect

Information you give me:

• Your name, business name, email, phone number and website.
• What you tell me about your project, your timeline and your budget.
• This can come from email, a phone call, a social media message, a call you book through Calendly, the mockup request form on this site, or a form on Facebook or Instagram.

Information collected automatically: this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are read and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your device type, browser, approximate location and pages visited. How Google uses this information: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. My host, GitHub Pages, may log IP addresses for security.

Payments go through Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.

How I use it

• To reply to you and prepare the mockup, quote or proposal you asked for.
• To deliver the work you hire me for and send invoices.
• To follow up about your request by email, phone call or text message.
• To measure which of my ads work and to show my ads to people who already know my work.

Text messages

If you give me your phone number, I may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and I'll stop texting you.

I never sell or share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your personal information. I only share it with the services I use to run my business, and only as much as they need:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads and forms)
• Calendly (booking calls)
• Formspree (the forms on this site)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google (email, documents and site analytics)
• GitHub (hosting this site)

I may also share information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep client information for as long as we work together and as long as tax and accounting rules require after that. If you contact me and we don't end up working together, I delete your information within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices

• Ask me to show you, correct or delete your information by emailing hexmediatx@gmail.com. I'll reply within 30 days.
• Stop texts by replying STOP, and stop emails by telling me.
• Limit ad tracking in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and block or clear cookies in your browser.

Children

My services are for businesses. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

I use secure, reputable services and keep access to your information limited to me. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
