Passing looks like
- A Call button they can see without scrolling
- One tap opens the call screen with your number already in it
- It stays in reach as they scroll, at the top or in a bar at the bottom
Failing looks like
- Your number is plain text or part of a picture, so they have to copy it
- The only way to reach you is a contact form
- They have to open a menu or scroll to the footer to find it

Can they see what it costs and where you work, without scrolling?
Passing looks like
- A starting price on the first screen, even if it says “and up”
- The towns or area you serve, in plain words
- Both easy to read without zooming in
Failing looks like
- “Call for a quote” and no number anywhere
- The area you serve shows up only in the footer, or nowhere
- Prices live in a PDF or a photo of a flyer
On a site I built
Platinum Shine shows “$75 and up” and “$120 sedan” on the first screen, and “Springfield, MA” sits right above the headline.

Can they book in one step?
Passing looks like
- One tap starts the booking: a text that's already written, a call, or a page with open times
- The button says what it does, like “Book a detail”, not “Submit”
- They can book without making an account
Failing looks like
- A long form, then “We'll get back to you”
- A “Contact us” page with no clear next step
- A booking link that's broken or opens a blank page
